2. Eligibility

Zentra provides on-demand design services on a subscription basis. Subscribers may request design tasks in accordance with their active subscription plan. We reserve the right to determine the scope and nature of the services we provide.
4. Subscription and Payment
• All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or as otherwise agreed).
• You authorize us to charge your provided payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial periods.
5. Revisions and Turnaround
• We offer unlimited revisions within the scope of your active plan.
• Turnaround times vary based on task complexity and workload. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
6. Ownership and Intellectual Property
• Upon full payment, you own the final designs delivered to you.
• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or promotional materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree not to use our Services to create content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or in violation of third-party rights.
8. Third-Party Materials
We may use stock images, fonts, or other third-party assets subject to their own licenses. It is your responsibility to review and comply with any such terms.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zentra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our Services.
11. Disclaimer
Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zentra and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
